One emotion out of place, a shiver down the spine, and Meilin Lee wakes up as a giant red panda in the Toronto of 2002! The twenty-fifth feature film from Pixar studios, directed by Domee Shi in 2022, Turning Red turns puberty into a family tale where the gift is passed from mother to daughter since the ancestor Sun Yee. Mei juggles Ming, a mother as loving as she is intrusive, the family temple to look after and her inseparable friends Miriam, Priya and Abby, ready to do anything for her. A ritual performed on a red moon night promises to seal the beast in a talisman, but you still have to want to part with it. Because the whole gang lives only for 4*Town, the boy band whose concert at the SkyDome is worth all the treasures in the world. And the red panda plush toys take the opposite approach to the talisman, keeping the most untamable part of Mei very much alive!
