Monstropolis runs on children's screams, and its best-performing factory is called Monsters, Inc.! Released in 2001 by Pixar, this classic directed by Pete Docter puts James P. Sullivan, known as Sulley, a giant with blue-green fur spotted with purple, at the top of the scare board, backed by his assistant Mike Wazowski, a small green cyclops with endless patter. Everything goes wrong when a little girl nicknamed Boo comes back out through her door and ends up hidden in a gym bag, while the sly Randall camouflages himself against the walls. Between the doors speeding by on the scare floor, a child's sock stuck to George's back and the 2319 code that sends the Child Detection Agency agents in to shave the culprit, the factory ends up discovering that laughter produces far more energy than fear. The POP figures lined up as a scare team, the fluffy plush toys and the Loungefly accessories extend the fun well beyond the screen!
