Buffy the Vampire Slayer collection

Sunnydale looks like a peaceful Californian town, except that its high school was built right on top of the Hellmouth! Created by Joss Whedon in 1997, the series follows Buffy Summers, played by Sarah Michelle Gellar, the Chosen One of her generation, forced to juggle her high school duties with the creatures that climb up from the rift. Around her gathers the Scooby Gang: Willow Rosenberg, a shy gifted student who becomes a formidable witch, Xander Harris, clumsy but big-hearted, and Rupert Giles, the school librarian and Watcher with thoroughly British composure. Add to that the thwarted romance with the vampire Angel, Spike's insolence in his long leather coat, and seven seasons where sharp quips sit alongside losses that truly hurt. This gothic and pop legacy continues in the comics and the novels, and in a gallery of figures where the whole Sunnydale gang meets up!
